Supported Browsers

The User Portal supports the following browsers on mobile devices (Android/iOS) and desktops (Windows/macOS):

Google Chrome Version 48 or higher
Internet Explorer Version 11 or higher
Mozilla Firefox Version 60 or higher
Microsoft Edge Version 80 or higher
Safari Version 12 or higher

Note
Starting in Chrome 142 and Microsoft Edge 142, Google Chrome enforces Local Network Access (LNA) restrictions. When connected to the Atmos Agent, traffic routed through CG-NAT IP ranges (100.65.0.0/10) may trigger browser permission prompts asking to look for and connect to devices on your local network.
To suppress these prompts across managed endpoints, administrators can configure the LocalNetworkAccessIpAddressSpaceOverrides enterprise policy or utilize HPE Networking SSE Agent Tunnel Start and Stop scripts.
