Designating an Email for Notification

To receive email notifications, send the relevant email (or emails) to our support team at [email protected]



You can send more than one email.

Connector Notifications

Admins can choose to receive an email notification about connector status for Clientless (TCP) applications as well as Client-based (UDP) applications:

Connector Unavailable
If a connector is offline for at least 5 minutes, the admin receives an email notification with suggested steps for resolution and a link to relevant documentation.


Restored Connector Availability
If an unavailable connector becomes active again for more than 5 minutes, the admin receives an email notification.


Disabled Connectors
Admins do not receive alerts for disabled connectors.
