Connector Information Notification

Admins can choose to receive an email notification about connector status for agentless applications as well as agent-based applications. Click here to learn more about configuring email notifications recipients.

NOTE

Admins do not receive alerts for disabled connectors.

Connector Unavailability

If a connector is unavailable to serve agentless or agent-based applications for at least 5 minutes, the admin receives an email notification with suggested steps for resolution and a link to relevant documentation.

Restored Connector Availability

If a connector becomes available again to serve agentless or agent-based applications for at least 5 minutes, the admin receives an email notification.
