Email Password Reset Link

Admins can email a password reset link to an end-user.

📘

Notes:

• The password reset link is available for 7 days. 
• If changes were made to the user's email address or username, first commit your changes by clicking Apply Changes-> Commit changes.

To reset a user’s password:

1. Go to Settings-> Axis IdP. 
2. Hover over the user to whom you wish to send the reset password link. 
3. Click the key icon.

The reset link is then sent to the user's registered email in Axis IdP.
