Download the Atmos Agent (Axis Client) from the User Portal with a Link

To download the Atmos Agent (Axis Client) with a link, complete the following steps:

1. Follow the link received from the admin.
2. If prompted, log in to the user portal.
   If the computer is macOS or Windows, the download will begin automatically. Otherwise, select an operating system such as Windows ARM or Linux.

   📘

   Note:

   The Windows ARM option is controlled by tenant configuration and may not be visible in all environments.

   If you require Windows ARM support but do not see the option, contact your Axis administrator or visit our Customer Support Portal to request Windows ARM enablement for your tenant.
   The download may take a few minutes.

3. Open the download folder and proceed with the installation.

Download the Atmos Agent Directly from the User Portal

To download the Atmos Agent (Axis Client) with directly from the user portal, complete the following steps:

1. Log in to the User Portal.
2. Click the drop-down menu on the top right hand side and select Download Atmos Agent.
3. If the computer is macOS or Windows, the download will begin automatically. Otherwise, select an operating system such as Windows ARM or Linux.

   📘

   Note:

   The Windows ARM option is displayed only for tenants where it is enabled.

   If you require Windows ARM support but do not see the option, contact your Axis administrator or Axis Support to request Windows ARM enablement for your tenant.
   The download may take a few minutes.
