Atmos Agent Installation for Windows

The Atmos Agent helps you remotely connect to your
 organization’s applications fast and securely.

Installation Prerequisites

Client Device Prerequisites

  • Windows 10, Windows 11
  • Windows ARM (if applicable)
  • Windows 8 - Depreciated requires agent 3.6 and below
  • 150MB RAM

Connector prerequisites

  • UDP port open directly to 52.21.95.99, 107.23.12.87
    Please make sure you adhere to the connector requirements.

Installing the Atmos Agent

  1. Log in to the Axis Security Management Console.
  2. Navigate to the Settings > Enrolled clients page.
  3. Click Download Axis Client.
  4. Click the Download for Windows option to download the MSI file.
    • If needed, click the Download for Windows ARM option, if available.

      Note:

      The Download for Windows ARM option is available with Atmos Agent version 3.103 or higher. Additionally, the feature visibility is controlled by tenant configuration and may not be visible in all environments.

      If you require Windows ARM support but do not see the option, contact your Axis administrator or visit our Customer Support Portal to request Windows ARM enablement for your tenant.

  1. Run the MSI file.
  2. When asked by Windows whether to allow app to make changes, click Yes.
  3. Complete the installation.

Logging in to the Atmos Agent

  1. Open the Axis Client.

  2. Click Log In.

  3. Enter your workspace name. It can be found in your Atmos portal address.
    For example: portal-(WorkspaceName).axisportal.io.

  4. Click Next.

  5. Sign in to your IdP.

  6. Enter your username and password.
