How Do I Find the Agent Assigned Static IP?

After allowing a user access to a network range with a server initiated flow enabled, the user’s client will be assigned a static IP from the IP pool. Clients will attempt to use the same IP address as long as there are more addresses than clients. The administrator uses this static IP address to verify that the server initiated flow network range application is working.

To find the client’s assigned static IP address:

  1. Go to the Settings > Enrolled Clients screen.
  1. Hover over the Atmos Agent to see if it has been assigned a static IP address.
    The information icon appears.
  2. Click the information icon to view detailed client information.
  3. Check if the “Assigned Static IP” field is populated with an IP from the IP pool.
