Workspace Settings

Use Workspace Settings to configure tenant-level notification recipients and data localization.

To open Workspace Settings, complete the following steps:

  1. Sign in to the Management Console.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Select Workspace Settings.

Email Notifications Recipients

Use Email Notifications Recipients to define which email addresses receive administrative updates, alerts, and service-issue notifications. By default, notifications are sent to the default admin email address. You can modify the recipients in the Recipients email addresses field.

You can configure up to two email addresses. To notify more people, use a distribution list or shared group email address.

Note

Email addresses are not comma-separated. To add a second email address, press the Enter key after configuring the first email address.

Data localization

Use Data Localization to choose where tenant data is stored.

Configure the data localization setting from Settings → Workspace Settings.
