Deprecated Agent Versions

HPE Networking SSE continuously enhances its services and solutions. As new agent versions are released, earlier versions may be phased out and reach End-of-Support (EOS). This document provides guidance to customers and partners on the key milestones and timelines associated with EOS agent versions.

Windows 32-bit deprecation notice:

Starting with Atmos agent release planned for the end of April 2026, support for the Windows 32-bit architecture will be deprecated.

Customers currently using the 32-bit Windows installer will still be able to run Atmos Agent version 3.96.5, which will serve as the last supported release for this architecture.

To allow sufficient transition time, support will be provided under the following terms:

• Critical security fixes only will be provided on top of Atmos Agent version 3.96.5, where the determination of criticality is subject solely to HPE SSE decision.
• This limited support will remain available until October 1, 2026, which will be the official end-of-support (EoS) date for Atmos agent for Windows 32-bit.

After October 1, 2026, the Atmos agent for Windows 32-bit will no longer receive updates or security fixes.

Customers are encouraged to plan migration to the supported 64-bit Windows before the end-of-support date.
