Agent SWG and ZTNA Pause Control

With the Atmos agent, users can temporarily pause Internet Protection (SWG) or Application Access (ZTNA) for troubleshooting or disabling access to resources via Atmos.

Agent Pause Controls

Under the Atmos agent menu, click on Controls:

Users will be presented with the following menu, with the option to separately pause Internet Protection or Private Access components.

Internet Protection Pause Password

When users attempt to pause Internet Protection, they will be required to enter a password. A One Time Password can be obtained from Settings->Enrolled Agents. When hovering over the username, you will find the following button:

When clicking on One Time Passwords, you will be presented with the following screen:

Additional Configuration

• Internet Protection / Application Access pause duration can be adjusted on the backend, please contact the product team for assistance. When the pause duration is over, the paused component will be active again. Default time is 2 minutes.
• It is possible to also set a password requirement for pausing Private Access on the backend, please contact the product team for assistance.
